All the Hats, One Heart

I’m not defined by just one title. I’m a mom, a CEO, a wife, an investor, a friend, a mentor—and let’s not forget an occasional referee when life gets chaotic. Each hat I wear is a thread woven into the fabric of my life.

These roles aren’t just labels; they’re commitments. To show up. To give my best. To pour into the people and the passions that matter most. Life isn’t about choosing one path—it’s about embracing the complexity and purpose in walking many.

Welcome to my world—thanks for stopping by!

110 MPH Wake-up Call

I’ll never forget that night. It was December 2, 2000, and my family and I were headed home after a day of Christmas shopping. Everything seemed ordinary—until it wasn’t. A woman fell asleep at the wheel and collided with oncoming traffic. In the blink of an eye, our car was hit; it was the equivalent of hitting a brick wall at 110 mph. The airbags exploded, and the car was thrown backward.

The impact felt like a punch to the gut, and for a moment, I thought we were all going to die.

But we didn’t. We survived, miraculously.

I called out to God just before the impact, and that simple prayer marked the beginning of a transformation that would change everything. It was no longer about just surviving or succeeding in my career—it was about finding a deeper purpose in everything I did.

So what do you do when the life you’ve been building no longer feels like the one you’re supposed to live?

From Crash to Calling: How It All Unfolded

I Had It All… So Why Did It Feel So Empty?

On paper, I had it all. A thriving career. A growing bank account. One milestone after another. But inside? Something was missing. I had built a life of success, but I wasn’t building something meaningful. I had spent years chasing financial wins, only to realize they weren’t filling the void.

From Hard Work to Heart Work

That crash didn’t just wake me up—it woke up my soul. I asked myself: " What if my work could be about more than just making money? What if it could be a force for good?" Faith became my compass. I stopped chasing success for the sake of it and started building something that mattered.

My Businesses Became a Beacon of Hope

I built a collective of companies that could serve, restore, and reinvest in people. Each company—whether in construction, real estate, or restoration—was built with a bigger mission: to create opportunities, rebuild lives, and pour back into communities in need. I refused to let business be just about numbers. Every dollar earned was a dollar that could make a difference.

The Power of Generosity

The more I gave, the more I realized: True success isn’t about how much you make—it’s about how much you give. That’s why I created One Another Foundation, to share the stories of lives changed through generosity. Not just the ones who received, but the ones who gave—and how generosity transformed them, too.

Leading With Purpose

Today, my mission is clear: Redefine success. I teach business others how to build legacies, not just companies. To understand that you don’t have to choose between success and purpose—you can have both. Because real leadership isn’t about just hitting numbers. It’s about impact. It’s about legacy. And the best part? You don’t have to wait. You can start today.

That crash, that pivotal moment, didn’t just wake me up physically—it woke up my soul.

That night, I promised myself I would no longer chase success for the sake of success. I needed to build something that had meaning. I wanted my work to matter, not just to me, but to others, to the community, to the world.

A Few Things You Might Not Know About Me

Here’s a glimpse into some fun facts that shape how I show up in the world and what drives me every day:

Faith is My Foundation: My faith is the cornerstone of everything I do. It’s my guiding light, and I wear it boldly—believing that business can be a ministry.

I’m a Lifelong Learner: I’m constantly growing, evolving, and challenging myself. From books and podcasts to engaging with thought leaders, I believe there's always something new to discover.

I'm a Family First Leader: Being a mom and wife is a core part of who I am. The values I live by at home—love, honesty, and balance—also carry over into how I lead in business and life.

I Believe in People: I have a deep passion for nurturing and empowering others, whether it’s through mentoring, coaching, or supporting my teams. I truly believe people are the heart of every success story.

Your business can generate profits, yes, but it can also create ripples of change in the world.

I’m here to show you how to align your business with your values and create an impact that truly matters.
